1. About us and these terms

Brain Bombs is operated by Neuro Nourish Limited, trading as Brain Bombs, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15312294), with its registered office at 2 Reedholm Villas, London, England, N16 9LP. You can contact us at hello@brain-bombs.com.

These terms apply to your use of brain-bombs.com and to all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and, if you subscribe, our Subscription Terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to purchase from our website. We currently deliver within the UK only.

3. Our products

Brain Bombs are handcrafted functional food products. Because they are made by hand with natural ingredients, slight variations in size, colour and appearance are normal and not a defect.

• Allergens — Brain Bombs contain tree nuts and sesame, and are made in an environment that handles other allergens. Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on each product page and on the product label. It is your responsibility to check this information before consuming, and before sharing the product with others.
• Storage — our products are perishable. Storage instructions and best-before information appear on the packaging and must be followed. We are not responsible for products that deteriorate because storage instructions were not followed.
• Ingredient changes — recipes may be refined over time. The product label is always the definitive source of ingredient and allergen information.

4. Important health information

Brain Bombs are a food, not a medicine. Our products and the content on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Functional ingredients such as adaptogens and mushrooms can interact with medication and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming. Individual results and experiences vary.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example, where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot deliver to your address, and will refund you in full if payment has been taken.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and timescales are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Because our products are perishable, please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone can receive the order or a suitable safe place is available.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing hello@brain-bombs.com, and we will refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Because Brain Bombs are perishable goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply after dispatch. This is the standard legal exemption for fresh food.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will put it right with a replacement or refund (see our Refund & Returns Policy). Your statutory rights to goods of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

9. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are for personal use, cannot be exchanged for cash, and only one code may be used per order unless we state otherwise. Each promotion may carry its own conditions (such as an expiry date or minimum spend), which will be stated when the code is issued. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, and we reserve the right to cancel orders where a code has been misused.

10. Subscriptions

If you purchase a Brain Bombs subscription, our Subscription Terms also apply, including how billing, renewals and cancellation work.

11. Business and corporate orders

These terms apply to consumer purchases through this website for personal use. If you are purchasing for a business, including corporate gifting, events or workplace supply, those orders are made under separate terms agreed with us directly. 12. Intellectual property

BRAIN BOMB is a registered UK trade mark of Neuro Nourish Limited. All content on this website, including text, images, branding, recipes and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

13. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as courier disruption or extreme weather), though we will always do what we reasonably can to minimise the impact.

14. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts of your home nation). If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
