Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Brain Bombs subscription is a recurring delivery service operated by Neuro Nourish Limited, trading as Brain Bombs (company number 15312294, registered office 2 Reedholm Villas, London, N16 9LP). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, on the schedule you select at checkout, until you cancel. The charge will appear on your statement as Brain Bombs.

These terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Billing and renewals

• Your subscription renews automatically and is billed on the same date each billing cycle, according to the plan you selected (for example, every 2 weeks or monthly).
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused until payment details are updated.
• If we change the price of your subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice by email before the new price takes effect, so you can cancel first if you wish.

3. Managing your subscription

You can update your delivery address, payment details, flavour selection or delivery frequency at any time through your customer account. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next billing date will apply to your next order; changes made after that point apply from the following cycle.

4. Pausing and cancelling

• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account — no phone calls, no questions, no penalty.
• Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
• If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will still receive that final delivery, and no further payments will be taken.
• Because each delivery is freshly made and perishable, payments already processed are non-refundable except where the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

5. Delivery

Subscription orders are dispatched and delivered in line with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout and in your account.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
