Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only. We are not yet able to ship internationally.

2. Dispatch

Brain Bombs are freshly made and perishable, so we manage dispatch carefully to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

• Orders are dispatched [Monday–Wednesday / confirm dispatch days] to avoid your order sitting in transit over the weekend.
• Orders placed after the weekly cut-off of [day/time — confirm] are dispatched in the next dispatch window.
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking by email.

3. Delivery service and charges

Orders are sent on a tracked service:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Tracked 48 — [confirm which service applies once the new batch ships].
• London: £4.50 [confirm]
• UK-wide: £8.00 [confirm]
• Free shipping on orders of 4 or more boxes [confirm].

Exact charges are always shown at checkout before you pay.

4. On arrival

Brain Bombs should be refrigerated as soon as they arrive and enjoyed within the period shown on the packaging. Please plan delivery for a day when someone can receive the parcel, or provide safe-place instructions at checkout.

5. Delivery issues

• Incorrect address — please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address, and given the perishable nature of the product we are unable to redirect or resend these orders free of charge.
• Missed delivery — if the courier cannot deliver and the parcel is delayed as a result, product freshness may be affected. Where the delay is within our or the courier’s control, we will make it right.
• Late or lost parcels — if your order has not arrived within 2 working days of the expected delivery date, contact us at hello@brain-bombs.com with your order number and we will resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
• 6. Events outside our control

Occasionally, deliveries are affected by things beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather or courier disruption. We will keep you informed and do everything we reasonably can to minimise any delay.
