At Neuro Nourish Limited / Brain Bombs, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality functional snacks. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.

1. Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for the following reasons:

    • Products arrived damaged or defective.

    • Incorrect items were delivered.

    • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., shipping delays causing product spoilage).

  • To request a refund, email us at hello@brain-bombs.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

    • Order number.

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

    • A brief explanation of the issue.

2. No Returns

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for any products, whether opened or unopened.

3. Replacements

  • If a product is found to be defective or damaged during transit, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For subscription customers, refunds may apply to future orders or subscription fees, depending on the circumstances.
