Welcome to Brain Bombs! By subscribing to our recurring subscription service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Subscription Overview

  • The Brain Bombs subscription is a recurring service that automatically renews on a [monthly / every 2 weeks] basis, depending on your selected plan.

  • By subscribing, you authorise Neuro Nourish Limited t/a Brain Bombs to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

  • The charge will appear on your statement as Brain Bombs.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Your subscription will be billed automatically on the same date each billing cycle (e.g., every 2 weeks or every month, based on your selection).

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

  • Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any changes.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

  • If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will still receive your final scheduled delivery, and your subscription will not renew.

  • Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  • No partial refunds are issued for canceled subscriptions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscriptions are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Shipping fees apply unless otherwise stated. Current shipping rates:

    • London: £4.50

    • UK-wide: £8.00

    • Free shipping applies automatically for orders of 4 or more boxes.

  • Shipping schedules vary, and any delays due to external factors (weather, postal service issues, etc.) will be communicated to you.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must contact hello@feel-human within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

  • We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.

6. Subscription Modifications

  • You can update your billing information, shipping address, or change your subscription plan through your customer account.

  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

  • Neuro Nourish Limited t/a Brain Bombs reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  • If significant changes are made, you will be notified via email.

  • Continued use of the subscription service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
